600 g Adriana Creste di Gallo
200 g peeled chorizo
1 onion, thinly sliced
50 g soft goat cheese
1 tablespoon mascarpone
4 sage leaves, chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper

Description

Healthy and tasty? That’s an ideal combination. Adriana Cresti di Gallo pasta with chorizo, sage, and goat cheese is both! Slice the chorizo and fry it in a dry pan over low heat for 2-3 minutes until golden; then, remove from pan. Add the onion to the pan and sauté slowly until translucent. Add the chorizo back to the pan, combine with onion and put to the side. Combine goat cheese with mascarpone and sage. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, strain, and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Serve immediately. A delicious moment to be savored!
