Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
one large handful of sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
one large handful of roasted or grilled peppers, finely chopped
1 small dried red chilli pepper, finely chopped
250 ml whipping cream
2 tablespoons chopped basil leaves
sea salt
600 g Adriana Farfalle
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Description

Do you like Farfalle pasta and do you appreciate quick meal options? Treat yourself to Adriana Farfalle pasta with peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and creamy sauce. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and slowly sauté the garlic until it become translucent. Add sun-dried tomatoes, roasted peppers and chilli. Stir for about 2 minutes, then pour in the cream and cook for 5 minutes until thickened. Turn off the heat and stir in the basil. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package; strain, combine with the sauce, and add salt to taste. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. A 30-minute meal, that you can now enjoy!
