ADRIANA SPAGHETTINI WITH SALMON, SPINACH AND TOMATO-CREAM SAUCE
300 g Adriana Spaghettini
300 g smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
50 g fresh spinach
700 ml tomato passata
500 ml cream
2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper
- For a creamier sauce, reverse the ratio of tomato sauce and cream.
- Frozen spinach can be substituted for fresh.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and slowly sauté the garlic. Add tomatoes, cream, and season with salt and pepper; cook well. Add uncooked Adriana Spaghettini, which will soften in the sauce. Then add smoked salmon, fresh spinach, and toss to combine. Serve immediately and garnish with chives.
