ADRIANA SPAGHETTI NEST WITH PISTACHIO AND HONEY

Ingredients

Spaghetti nest:
300 g Adriana Spaghetti
salt
80 g butter
120 g unsalted pistachios
150 g Greek yoghurt

Honey syrup:
120 g semolina sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
120 g honey

Description

Are you used to baking savory pasta? Time to change it up! Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, strain, and toss with melted butter to combine. Divide half of the pasta into small baking dishes. Press pasta to the bottom and sprinkle with half of the chopped pistachios. Add the other half of the pasta and bake in an oven preheated to 180° C for about 40 minutes. Meanwhile, bring 150 ml of water to a boil in a small pot. Add the sugar and cook the resulting syrup for about 10 minutes. Finally, season with lemon juice and honey and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slowly. Serve baked and cooled nests topped with syrup and sprinkled with nuts. Decorate each portion with Greek yoghurt. The sweetest of escapes is only a few bites away!
