BAKED ADRIANA TORTI PAN-COOKED WITH TURKEY, HAM, CORN AND CREAM SAUCE WITH BLUE CHEESE
300 g Adriana PAN-COOKED
300 g turkey or chicken breast fillet, cut into small pieces
100 g blue cheese, cut into small pieces
150 g ham, cut into small pieces
80 g corn
250 ml of cream
salt, freshly ground pepper
- Use chicken instead of turkey meat.
- Blue cheese can be replaced by gorgonzola cheese.
- Top the pasta dish with camembert or brie cheese, instead of blue cheese before baking. The resulting taste will be softer.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the turkey and ham. Add cream, blue cheese, and corn. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the sauce thickens. Add the uncooked Adriana Torti PAN-COOKED pasta and stir to combine. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with blue cheese. Bake in a hot oven at 200° C until the pasta is cooked.
