Ingredients

250 g red lentils
olive oil
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 onion
1 yellow and 1 green peppers
4 garlic cloves
½ teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
4 tablespoons tomato puree
100 ml red wine
1 can of chopped tomatoes
500 ml of beef stock
800 g Adriana Spaghetti
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Description
