ADRIANA CAVATAPPI WITH RED PEPPER, GREEN BEANS, SAUSAGE AND TOMATO SAUCE
300 g Adriana Cavatappi
100 g sausage, thinly sliced
80 g green beans, cut into small pieces
550 ml tomato passata
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
½ red pepper, thinly sliced
Parmesan cheese, grated or shaved
1 bunch of basil
salt and freshly ground pepper
- Green beans can be replaced with broccoli or asparagus.
- Parmesan can be finely grated or shaved with a vegetable peeler.
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package and strain. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté garlic, red pepper, and sausage. Add strained tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Add the green beans and cook in the sauce until soft. Add cooked pasta and combine with the sauce. Garnish with basil and grated or shaved Parmesan, and serve immediately
