QUICK ADRIANA TORTI WITH SALMON

Ingredients

600 g salmon
600 g Adriana Torti
5 garlic cloves
olive oil
chilli
100 g cherry tomatoes
100 ml of dry white wine
salt and freshly ground pepper
1 can of peeled, chopped tomatoes
50 ml whipping cream
fresh basil leaves

Description

If you love Salmon, but don't love waiting for supper, give this quick and healthy pasta a try! Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package and strain. Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and slowly sauté the garlic until golden. Add finely chopped chilli and cut cherry tomatoes; cook briefly. Drizzle with white wine, then add tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Add cooked pasta and combine with the sauce. Enhance the flavour with cream and fresh chopped basil. Remove the skin from the salmon and cut it into 3 cm slices; season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan with a crushed clove of garlic and a few basil leaves, then quickly fry salmon pieces on both sides until golden. Is your mouth already watering? Don't wait - enjoy!
