Linguine
Linguine looks like flattened spaghetti; the name means “little tongues”. It is as versatile as spaghetti, but with a larger surface area. When twirled, the pasta perfectly sticks to the fork. It tastes the best with pesto or simply sprinkled with olive oil and herbs.
