3 egg whites
1/2 gingerbread
200 ml of milk
200 g powdered sugar
200 g nuts

Do you want to enjoy a beautiful culinary creation? Join us in a sweet experiment!. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package and strain. Chop nuts, grate gingerbread, and mix with powdered sugar. Pour the hot milk over the mixture and combine well. Whisk egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form. Combine with the pasta, shape into nests, and place on the baking tray. Place the nut mixture in the centre of each nest. Now, place the nests in the oven and bake until egg whites are golden. Meanwhile, prepare a forest fruit sauce. Combine a dash of water with the fruit in a saucepan, add sugar to taste, and bring to a boil. Mix the starch with cold water and carefully stir into the fruit mixture. Cook briefly. Divide the sauce between plates, followed by the finished nests. Decorate with fresh forest fruit and a sprig of lemon balm. Enjoy!
