600 g Adriana Linguine
1 can peeled tomatoes
800 g mussels
400 g vongole mussels
300 g squid
8 prawns
300 g cherry tomatoes
2 dcl white wine
2 garlic cloves
parsley
extra virgin olive oil
salt

Description

Delicious seafood pasta is always in season, don't you think? First, clean the seafood, mussels, prawns, and squid (if you have a whole squid, you will also remove the spine, eyes and cut into pieces). Heat the virgin olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the garlic; add the mussels and cook over high heat. Once the mussels open, gradually add the rest of the seafood to the saucepan. Then, add white wine and linguine directly into the saucepan. If necessary, add water and cook. Remove the garlic cloves and add sliced cherry tomatoes and peeled tomatoes. Once the linguine is "al dente", adjust the seasoning to taste and serve. Garnish with chopped parsley and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. We recommend serving this pasta dish with a nicely chilled white wine.
