600 g Adriana Eliché
olive oil
2 turkey breasts, diced
1 onion, finely sliced
1 green pepper, finely sliced
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 mango, cut into small pieces
1.5 dcl cream
1 teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese
4 sprigs of parsley for garnish
salt and freshly ground pepper

Description

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the turkey breast and stir continuously until the juice has cooked off; then remove from heat and set aside. Heat the olive oil in the second saucepan and sauté the onion and green pepper until soft. Add garlic, ginger and mango. Cook, stirring continuously for 5 minutes. Then, add the prepared turkey breast. Pour in the cream, season with salt and freshly ground pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, strain, and add to sauce. Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and parsley sprig. Serve immediately.
