BAKED ADRIANA GOBETTI RIGATI WITH MARINATED CHICKEN

Ingredients

olive oil
500 g chicken breast
800 g Adriana Gobetti Rigati
2 cans of chopped tomatoes
2 shallots
1 egg
4 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons curry spice
¼ teaspoon chilli spice
5 garlic cloves
1-2 dcl of chicken stock
salt and freshly ground pepper
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Description

Enjoy this sophisticated Adriana Gobetti Rigati with chicken! Dice the chicken, and add salt, pepper, spices, a dash of olive oil, and egg, and combine. Marinate in the fridge overnight. The next day you start cooking. First, finely chop the shallots and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and slowly sauté the garlic and shallots. Add the marinated meat and fry over high heat. Pour in about 1-2 dcl of chicken stock and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper. Combine Adriana Gobetti Rigati pasta with the sauce and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake for about 25 minutes at 180° C. A festive and tasty dinner - we recommend serving with a glass of red wine.
