Ingredients

4 tablespoons olive oil
500 g minced beef
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon thyme leaves
1 tablespoon dried chilli flakes
800 g Adriana Gobetti Rigati
2 tablespoons tomato puree
6 tablespoons dry white or rosé wine
275 g red and yellow cherry tomatoes
Juice and rind of one lemon
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
flat-leaf parsley for garnish
salt and freshly ground pepper

Description

Fast, tasty and different? Spice up classic Bolognese with this Adriana Gobetti Rigati recipe! Heat the olive oil in a pot and fry the minced meat with chopped garlic, thyme, and chilli. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the meat browns. Add tomato puree and wine, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes and olives and cook for a few more minutes. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, strain, and flavor with olive oil, lemon juice, and rind. Combine with sauce, serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and garnish with spring of parsley. You have finished an unusual Bolognese with an unexpected taste.
